Your license has expired now!!

Without installation of your personal license, unfortunately, 3D Driving-School is limited on 14 calls. After that the program cannot be opened any more by a renewed installation either.

After the transfer has come in on our account, you receive your personal license from us sent by e-mail. A bank transfer does not immediately go but generally lasts 1-6 days. 14 starts usually then suffice until your transfer was carried out by your bank. If you nevertheless already wait for your transfer longer, you may send us an e-mail. (an 3D-Fahrschule@gmx.de ) .

Enquire with the bank whether your account is still muted. Perhaps your transfer wasn't carried out? Sometimes user will forget the last digit, if you also check the last position of the account number, (this is a "4").

Please check your mailbox and look for an e-mail with the title "Personal license-program: 3D Driving-School". Can your mail program receive binary appendices?

If you have already installed a personal license, pleasecheck the following:

• You have indicated the correct installation directory when installing the license:
  
  
  
• Your Windows login also has administrator rights for the 3D Driving School (these can be assigned in Windows under "system control/user accounts")

b) You haven't bought a license yet

c) You have bought a license and don't find the installation files any more

No problem, send us an e-mail (see a) with your last order-number as well as the detail of your e-mail address. As an alternative to the e-mail address you also can give us your full name. We then send you everything by e-mail once more again.
